As seen in the initial photos, this patient had a narrow arch with a lot of crowding, leaving no room for the canines to erupt . The treatment in this case required Damon brackets (braces) for 18 months without any teeth extractions necessary!
As a result, this patient walked away with straight teeth and bright smile, but we would suggest paying our hygienist a quick visit to clean things up ;)
